Biography
Sara Kulikowski (Centre Manager, Signpost Greenstead)
I’ve worked for Signpost since 2014 – initially recruited as Centre Manager for Signpost Greenstead, with my role growing and developing to include responsibility for Signpost-wide projects and contracts, and processes such as quality assurance and policy development.
My background is in community support and development, and previous roles have been with Essex County Council helping to implement and develop the Children’s Centre initiative in North East and Mid Essex, and Home-Start Colchester, facilitating family support groups across Colchester.
I hold a Level 3 Award in Education & Training, a Level 3 Award in Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) and a Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health First Aid & Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace.
Helping people overcome barriers and achieve their goals is a powerful motivator. Securing a job leads to significant positive changes in financial stability, self-esteem, and overall well-being. Signpost’s work also contributes to the broader community by helping people become self-sufficient, and in turn, has positive ripple effects on families and local economies.
